Helium-3 Mitigation Program RFI

The United States (U.S.) Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO), Product Acquisition and Deployment Directorate (PADD) is seeking information on neutron radiation detectors for backpacks and handhelds that do not use Helium-3 (3He) technology. DNDO plays an essential role in developing and implementing a defensive strategy, with domestic and international programs, to protect the Nation from a nuclear or radiological terrorist attack.
