Bruin Point Helium Announces Proposed Name Change

Bruin Point Helium Corp. (the “Company” or “Bruin Point“) proposes to change its name to “American Helium Inc.” The name change was approved by the board of directors, in accordance with the articles of the Company, and is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

David Sidoo, Chairman says:

“Due to the nature of our exploration and development work, we have decided to change the Company name to American Helium Inc.; branding we felt was more indicative of our focus on the North American Helium market. North America is the leading global consumer of Helium; however, it is also facing supply constraints, directly resulting from a variety of circumstances both domestic and international. We aim to position ourselves as a major producer of Helium in North America and our new name reflects his.”
